  • Maintain daily connects with Cycle Counter and Sr. Cycle Counter staff to align on priorities and surface emerging issues.

  • Act as IC representative in cross-functional settings, identifying operational issues and communicating data-driven solutions to DC leadership.

  • Serve as proxy for the DC IC Manager in meetings with Site and/or Area Directors.

Special Projects and Process Improvement

  • Own at least one active cross-functional IC project with DC partnership, driving from problem definition through implementation.

  • Execute ad hoc project assignments from the IC Manager with analytical rigor and structured thinking.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IC processes, documentation, and reporting standards.

Team Development

  • Serve as the assigned mentor for the Sr. Cycle Counter, meeting weekly to address development needs and support their progression.

  • Model the standard of data literacy, operational ownership, and cross-functional accountability expected at the IC Analyst level, acting as a leadership resource when the DC IC Manager is unavailable.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, related field, or demonstrated work experience.
