Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to enter and retrieve information accurately.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory systems, or shipping/receiving software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound shipments and products.
• Verify incoming product, quantities, labels, and shipment information for accuracy.
• Enter and maintain receiving information using computer systems.
• Prepare and provide reports and data to the Shipping team.
• Ensure all inbound information is accurate and complete to prevent shipping, inventory, and processing errors.
• Communicate discrepancies, damaged products, missing information, or other issues to the appropriate team.
• Coordinate with Shipping, Warehouse, and other departments to keep product moving efficiently.
• Label and organize incoming materials as required.
• Move and stage product throughout the warehouse.
• Use pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment as needed.
• Assist with stocking and organizing inventory.
• Perform regular walking and movement throughout the warehouse to support inbound operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Follow all warehouse safety, quality, and operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Summary
