Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Denver, supporting order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and facility maintenance. The role operates Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM with flexibility to finish tasks.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, attention to detail, and reliability. Safety-minded, able to lift/move small to medium packages, and comfortable operating pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is highly preferred.
• Experience operating equipment such as Pallet Jack, Reach Truck, and Order Picker is a strong plus.
• A safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move small to medium-sized packages.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately selecting and picking small parts according to pick sheets or digital scanners.
• Packing & Shipping: Securely packing orders for shipment and ensuring all documentation is included.
• Receiving & Put-Away: Unloading incoming shipments, verifying counts, and placing inventory in designated storage locations.
• Facility Maintenance: Assisting with warehouse housekeeping, general organization, and identifying ways to streamline workflows.
• Material Handling: Safe operation of warehouse equipment to move stock and clear aisles.

Our client, a logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations supporting order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse

Pay Range: $20.00 hourly

Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexibility required to stay until tasks are finished)
