Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Facility Service Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary warehouse environment. The role supports food safety and sanitation programs across warehouses, break rooms, restrooms, loading docks, and storage areas.

The position requires performing cleaning, waste management, and general facility tasks while collaborating with the Cleaning Supervisor to meet priorities. Shifts are Friday through Sunday, 7:00am to 7:30pm.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with ability to work independently.
• Prior janitorial, custodial, or warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain warehouse floors, walkways, workstations, and other areas.
• Dust and clean ceilings, fixtures, machinery, and surfaces.
• Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen fixtures.
• Collect and dispose of trash and waste properly.
• Break down and bale cardboard for recycling or pickup.
• Keep loading docks and storage areas clean and organized.
• Clean windows and glass surfaces.
• Monitor supplies and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Report spills, hazards, or maintenance issues.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, health, and safety procedures.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment per safety rules.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and orderly workspace; lift up to 50 lbs.
