The Assistant Hub Manager will support warehouse operations, monitor performance, and drive safety and efficiency across daily shipping, receiving, and production tasks.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a distribution environment.
• 2–5 years of management or supervisory experience in a distribution environment.
• College degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to complete and pass a criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipping and receiving reporting, Daily Distro and Production.
• Maintain a safety-conscious attitude and improve safety knowledge for all employees.
• Assist in directing warehouse activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff; conduct performance evaluations and improvement plans.
