Job summary

You will mentor warehouse staff, direct activities, and ensure quality standards while prioritizing safety. The position offers opportunities for growth within a long-established company that values teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a Distribution environment.
• 2–5 years of management or supervisory experience in a Distribution environment.
• College degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to complete and pass a criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipping and receiving reporting, Daily Distro and Production.
• Direct warehouse activities to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff; conduct evaluations and improvement plans.
