Job Responsibilities:

1. Deliver batteries to dealers and customers safely and on time.
2. Load and unload trucks, maintain an organized warehouse, and assist delivery drivers as needed.
3. Handle products according to warehouse standards.
4. Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety policies.
5. Ensure batteries are charged, cleaned, dated, and properly rotated.
6. Complete reports and claims accurately.
7. Interact professionally with team members, managers, and customers.
8. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• At least one year of warehouse experience, including use of RF/HH equipment, forklift, electric pallet jack, and stretch-wrap machine.
• Working knowledge of computers and relevant systems.
• Previous customer-facing experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency in tasks.
• Ability to work well in a team and possibly work overtime.
• Capability to lift and move up to 100 lbs. (team lift where appropriate).
• Valid DOT medical card and driver's license with an acceptable record.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug test.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Work both independently and under supervision.
• Occasionally exposed to warehouse conditions such as moving equipment, fumes, chemicals.
• Requires close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Regular use of hands, standing, walking, and repetitive tasks like taping boxes.

Salary Range: $16 - $22 per hour.
