Job summary

EIS Legacy is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, organization, and shipping of fasteners and related components in a physically demanding, non-climate-controlled warehouse in Pembroke, MA.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification is a plus, and strong attention to detail is required for accurate inventory handling.

Qualifications

• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Self-starter with a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming fasteners and hardware components.
• Pick and pack orders based on customer specifications.
• Label and prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and a forklift.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

Summary:

The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and shipping fasteners and related components. The candidate will have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, given the wide variety of sizes and specifications in inventory.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

(Include the following; however, other duties may apply.)

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming fasteners and hardware components.
• Pick and pack orders, based on customer specifications.
• Accurately label and prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and a forklift.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
• Adherent to safety procedures and company policies, always
• All other duties as assigned

Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding job, with consistent heavy lifting, in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. The HR Business Partner provides support and guidance to employees and supervisors, collaborating with HR leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices. The focus is on serving as a trusted on-site resource.
