Job summary

Dal-Tile, a premier tile and natural stone manufacturer, is seeking a Team Lead Warehouse to train staff, oversee order management, and perform CSR duties as needed.

You will lead Warehouse Associates, ensure safety, coordinate with purchasing, and help maintain inventory accuracy while mentoring others in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified forklift operator.
• 3+ years of customer service and/or warehouse experience.
• Supervisor or lead-level experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train warehouse staff and lead warehouse/CSR teams.
• Handle order management and related duties.
• Perform warehouse tasks for inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Operate crane forklift equipment.
• Provide showroom service as needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to policies.
• Assist with purchasing activity as needed.
• Serve as a resource for other CT associates.

Dal‑Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Team Lead Warehouse to join our TEAM! The Team Lead Warehouse will train warehouse staff, perform warehouse and or CSR duties as needed, and store order management.

Primary Objective

• Performs a variety of customer service and/or warehouse duties as well as leads warehouse and/or combined Customer Service/Warehouse Representatives in the performance of their duties.
• Major Function and Scope
• Trains, coaches, and guides Warehouse Associates and/or combined Customer Service/Warehouse Representatives.
• Executes warehouse and/or CSR duties as needed (refer to duties in Warehouse Associate and/or Customer Service Rep position descriptions.)
• May complete all aspects of Order Management
• May have been responsible for purchasing activity (placing/receiving POs in systems and in the warehouse).
• Executes warehouse tasks for inventory management and order fulfillment. (assembly, loading and checking of customer orders)
• May execute daily office tasks and office administration.
• May provide service in the showroom.
• Operates crane forklift equipment.
• Serves as a resource for other CT associates.
• Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions and acts to Management.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Experience And Knowledge Required

• High School diploma or equivalent experience; Certified Forklift Operator
• 3+ years of customer service and/or warehouse experience.
• Supervisor or lead-level experience preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
