Job summary

supply-chain is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead in Kentucky for a 2nd shift position. This role involves training new associates, maintaining records, and supervising warehouse operations.

Candidates should have at least 6-12 months of warehouse experience and a forklift operator certificate. We offer competitive pay starting at $20.40 an hour, with additional benefits including medical coverage, a 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months warehouse experience.
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience.
• Satisfactory completion of forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for new associates.
• Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.
• Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

Skills

Leadership experience (minimum 1 year warehouse)

Experience using a commercial WMS (e.g., Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP)

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
