Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift training within 30 days.
• Ability to train, coach and mentor warehouse associates.
• Ability to understand RF System screens and WMS.
• Good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members; assign work schedules.
• Provide day-to-day direction and monitor progress.
• Train new team members and review group documentation.
• Monitor performance and report unsafe conditions.
• Communicate work practices and procedures to the team.
