Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Ability to navigate RF System ad screens.
• Intermediate working knowledge of the warehouse management system.
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assign work schedules and monitor daily workloads for the work group.
• Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to the work group.
• Conduct training for new Team Members.
• Maintain legible and accurate logs and review documents for accuracy.
• Monitor performance and report unsafe conditions when needed.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to Team Members.
