Qualifications

• Must be able to identify products by reading, interpreting, and scanning or inputting pallet IDs.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to follow instructions in the English language.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20°F/-25°C to 100°F/37°C with PPE.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by forklift placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units from rack locations for outbound shipment.
• Record materials and counts using RF system.
• Load and unload materials on pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Read work orders to determine quantities and locations of items.
• Document damages and discrepancies to supervisors.
• Pack, seal, and label materials for shipping using RF scanning equipment.
• Wrap palletized stock securely before placement on racks or transport.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheets.
• Monitor battery charge and maintain equipment.
• Report issues to supervisor and await directions.
• Help clean and organize the warehouse during the shift.
