Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to move, pick, and pack palletized goods in a fast-paced facility in McAllen, TX. You will operate forklifts, document inventory with RF devices, and ensure items are securely prepared for outbound shipments.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift 40 lbs, and willingness to work rotating shifts in cold or dry storage areas. Lineage emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Identify products by reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet IDs.
• Perform basic math to verify counts and weights.
• Follow safety guidelines, wear PPE, and adhere to temperature requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units into high racks using forks.
• Pick palletized units for outbound shipments from racks.
• Record materials, weights, counts, and item condition via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on pallets or skids using lifting equipment.
• Follow computerized work orders to locate items in the warehouse.
• Document damages or discrepancies and report to supervisors.
• Pack, seal, and label pallets for shipping with RF scanning, ensure counts.
• Wrap stock securely before moving to racks or transit.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/checks and monitor battery charge.
• Clean and organize the warehouse as needed.
