KOCH FOODS is hiring a Distribution Center General Laborer to perform a variety of warehouse duties to support daily operations. The role ensures products are handled safely and efficiently while keeping a clean work environment.

The position includes shift-based pay with potential overtime and weekend work as production needs require. A High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with forklift experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stack, load and unload dirty tubs and lids into tub wash machine.
• Unstack, load and unload dirty pallets into pallet wash machine.
• Stretch-wrap pallets loaded with clean plastic tubs and lids.
• Load, unload, move, and organize products, materials, and supplies.
• Assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.
• Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies or quality concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the distribution center.
• Assist with staging orders and preparing shipments for delivery.
• All other relevant duties as assigned.
