Job summary

Ngroup, Inc. is seeking a general laborer to move freight, stock, and materials in a warehouse setting. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating basic equipment. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Experience in 3PL, retail distribution, or logistics is a plus. You will pick, pack, scan barcodes, label products, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to follow and comprehend instructions from leadership.
• Ability to multitask and work within prescribed standards.
• Ability to use, lift, pull, or push equipment including pallet-jacks.
• Ability to handle problems with a few concrete variables in standard situations.
• Must be able to stand and use hands for 8+ hours per day.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work close to others.

Responsibilities

• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas.
• Arrange totes and products neatly at workstation.
• Process products using tools including box cutter and pallet jack.
• Use handheld scanner to scan barcodes on products.
• Carry out procedures to process units and apply labels when required.
• Scan products and place them in containers for respective channels.
• Refine products in line with operating protocols and quality standards.
• Safely load full totes onto the conveyor following SOPs.
• Pick and pack products.
• Sort products into gaylords.
• Perform other non-specialized tasks as needed.
• Keep work area clean and organized and maintain a safe environment.
