Job summary

Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos is hiring a General Laborer to move freight, stock, and materials in a warehouse setting. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required as part of your schedule.

Duties include shelving, scanning, labeling, packing, loading totes, and keeping work areas clean and safe while following SOPs and quality standards. Prior 3PL, retail distribution, or e-commerce experience is a plus. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma; prior experience helpful.
• Ability to follow and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to multitask within prescribed standards.
• Ability to use lift and push equipment like pallet-jacks.
• Good communication skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for eight or more hours.

Responsibilities

• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas.
• Arrange totes and products neatly at workstation.
• Process product using tools to include box cutter, pallet jack, and other equipment assigned.
• Use handheld scanning device to scan barcodes on products.
• Carry out necessary procedures to process units, including applying labels when required.
• Scan products and place them in appropriate containers for respective channels.
• Execute product refinement in line with established operating protocols and ensure adherence to expected standards of quality and quantity.
• Safely load full totes of products onto the conveyor, following SOP producers.
• Picking and packing of products.
• Sorting product into gaylords.
• Ability to conduct any other non-specialized tasks as needed.
• Clean and maintain an organized work area.
• Maintain safe work environment.
