Job summary

Humano is seeking Warehouse General Labor/Dock Workers at our distribution center in Chino, California. You will place products onto pallets for storage, with a base rate of $17.00 per hour plus incentive pay, and typical earnings of $22.00–$24.00 per hour as you perform efficiently. The position runs 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm.

Overtime may be required during peak seasons. Training is available for motivated individuals without prior warehouse experience, and referral bonuses

Qualifications

• Able to lift 35–51 lbs unassisted.
• Willing to learn and be trained in warehouse operations.
• Strong teamwork and communication required.
• Commitment to 1st shift (Mon–Fri) with possible overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and reach trucks as needed.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking Warehouse General Labor/Dock Workers to join our team at our Distribution center in Chino, California. As a warehouse worker/freight handler/material handler, you will be responsible for placing products onto pallets in preparation for storage. The position has a base rate of $17.00 per hour plus incentive pay with average associates earning $22.00-$24.00 per hour. The more efficiently you work, the more you earn per hour.

SHIFT

1st shift, Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

Qualifications

• Ability to lift at least 35-51 lbs unassisted
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work first shift from Monday to Friday with occasional overtime during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight in a safe and efficient manner
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and reach trucks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
