humano LLC is hiring Freight Handler / Unloader / Warehouse Associate in City of Industry, CA. You will load/unload freight, prepare pallets, and support storage operations in a fast-paced distribution center.

The role offers a 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm) with potential overtime during peak seasons. Daily pay options and referral bonuses are available for motivated individuals.

Job description

Freight Handler / Unloader / Warehouse Associate

Job Summary: We are currently seeking Warehouse General Labor/Dock Workers to join our team at our Distribution center in City of Industry, California. As a warehouse worker/freight handler/material handler, you will be responsible for placing products onto pallets in preparation for storage. The position has a base rate of $20.00 per hour plus incentive pay with average associates earning $22.00-$24.00 per hour. The more efficiently you work, the more you earn per hour.

SHIFT: 1st shift, Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

Qualifications

• Ability to lift at least 35-51 lbs unassisted
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work first shift from Monday to Friday with occasional overtime during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight in a safe and efficient manner
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and reach trucks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
