Job summary

Humano is hiring for a Warehouse General Labor/Dock Worker at our distribution center in Chino, California. You will unload and place products onto pallets for storage, with a base pay of $17.00 per hour plus incentives. Average earnings range from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on performance.

Second shift is Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:00pm, with some Saturdays as needed. Responsibilities include loading/unloading freight, operating forklifts and reach trucks, maintaining a safe, clean

Qualifications

Must be able to lift at least 35-51 lbs unassisted.
Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, but training is available for motivated individuals.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Willingness to work first shift from Monday to Friday with occasional overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

Load and unload freight in a safe and efficient manner.
Operate equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks and reach trucks as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
