Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Chattanooga, TN, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick and pack orders, print labels, and inspect products to ensure accuracy for shipping. You may operate a forklift or order picker and support quality inspections per SOPs.

Responsibilities include packing, labeling, counting, and maintaining a clean work area while meeting SQFI, FDA, and customer requirements. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability with growth opportunities in a leading 3PL provider.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct product quantity and type.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• May operate a forklift or order picker for picking orders.
• Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product and order information on forms and records.
• Affix shipping labels and ensure box labeling per regulations.
• Inspect containers and products to ensure packing specs are met.
• Participate in Inventory/Cycle Count as needed.
