Kenco Logistics in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, label, and inspect orders. You will use standard equipment to prepare shipments and maintain accurate records for each order.

Responsibilities include ensuring packaging specifications, performing quality checks, and supporting inventory cycles. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to customer and regulatory requirements with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• May operate a forklift or order picker to fulfill orders.
• Pack orders for shipments and affix proper shipping labels.
• Record product, packaging, and order information in system.
• Inspect containers, materials, and products to meet packing specs.
• Participate in Inventory/Cycle Count as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Ensure compliance with SQFI, FDA, and customer requirements.
• Report incidents to supervisor and assist with housekeeping and other tasks.
