Job summary

Emerson is seeking distribution associates to learn and perform multiple functions within the warehouse, including picking and packing finished goods, loading outbound trailers, and other duties assigned by the Leadership team.

You will work with RF scanners and powered equipment, maintain accuracy, and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Familiarity with RF scanning equipment or warehouse management systems.
• Experience operating multiple types of powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to meet productivity and accuracy goals.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanner and equipment.
• Perform computer-based tasks to support order fulfillment and inventory movement.
• Communicate clearly with leaders and peers.
• Pack orders according to specific requirements and markings.
• Retrieve, transport, and stage materials according to schedules, including loading outbound trailers.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow daily housekeeping expectations.
• Safely operate equipment after training (fork trucks, stock pickers, etc.).
• Perform additional tasks to support distribution center operations.
