Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
• Minimum of 3 months of similar warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift certified or ability to become forklift certified preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, policies and operating instructions.
• Basic computer skills; Windows-based computer experience preferred.
• Able to work well with others and independently; problem solve with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Utilize an RF scanner to perform directed picks of inventory to fulfill customer orders.
• Move completed or partial orders and carts to next steps.
• Visually inspect inventory and alert leads to potential issues.
• Scan and verify items pulled match the order before shipment.
• Apply packaging materials to prevent spoilage or damage in transit.
• Validate lot/batch numbers, quantities, dosages, strengths, sizes for each order.
• Print and apply shipping labels to packages and move them to carrier staging areas.
• Alert supervisor to inventory, carrier, or shipment concerns.
• Inventory movement, replenishments, and bin counts using RF scanner.
• Investigate misplaced items and optimize inventory locations.
• Consolidate inventory to maximize space usage.
• Receive inventory from Purchase Orders or ASNs.
• Ensure items processed match supplier orders and perform putaways.
• Maintain a safe, clean, obstruction-free work environment.
• Assist with non-inventory sorting and warehouse housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
