Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Willingness to learn warehouse and shipment-tracking systems.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stage, sort, and position inventory using MHE and pallet jacks.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare freight for shipping per procedures.
• Label, scan, track, and document freight with scanners and systems.
• Verify incoming shipments against packing lists and staging procedures.
• Store cargo and fulfill daily picking and order requirements according to KPIs.
