Job summary

Forward Air Corp. in Euless, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to fulfill daily customer orders and support receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control in a fast-paced, on-site facility.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong English communication, and the ability to operate material handling equipment (forklifts certification preferred). Excellent safety awareness and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Hold forklift certification or be able to obtain before operating equipment.
• Strong English communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Ability to learn warehouse systems and shipment-tracking tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stage, and position inventory using MHE and safe techniques.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare freight for shipping per procedures.
• Label, scan, track freight with handheld scanners and company systems.
• Verify incoming shipments against packing lists and staging procedures.
• Perform daily replenishment and cycle count; report discrepancies.
• Execute Value Added Services as required and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in an on-site facility; support maintenance tasks.
• Work assigned shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
