Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Material Handlers in Hagerstown, MD to join a team focused on safe, efficient operations and a culture that values teamwork.

These positions offer weekly pay, comprehensive benefits beginning early, paid training, and opportunities to advance within a nationwide distribution network across the US. As a Warehouse Associate, you will operate RF scanners, load and unload, pick and pack, and ensure accuracy in inventory while maintaining high safety standards

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, and loading/unloading.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
