Bath & Body Works in Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle full cases up to 50 pounds, lift cartons and merchandise, and move items through the distribution center. You will spend at least half your shift lifting and be open to learning equipment operation based on location and department.

The role requires steady, fast-paced work to maintain case quantities, accurately verify orders, and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous distribution center experience is useful.
• Be flexible with job assignments, including overtime and different departments/brands.
• Meet productivity standards after training.
• Must work well with others.
• Adhere to safety, hazardous materials and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow written and verbal directions.
• Use basic math to verify quantities and complete paperwork.
• Operate WMS, RF scanners and related equipment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Identify products and match numbers accurately.
• Operate and move merchandise with motorized and non-motorized equipment.
• Inspect items for quality and brand compliance.
• Maintain records to ensure smooth flow of merchandise.
