Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a warehouse associate in Ohio to handle full cases of product, lifting up to 50 pounds, and support picking operations in a fast-paced distribution center. You will learn equipment operation as needed and ensure accurate product flow and documentation.

The role requires standing/walking throughout shifts, flexibility for overtime, and teamwork to meet daily targets while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in a distribution center environment useful.
• Must maintain flexibility regarding job assignments, including other departments, brands, locations, and required overtime.
• Meet productivity standards after successfully completing training.
• Must be able to work well with others.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety, hazardous material and OSHA training, rules, and reporting.
• Standing or walking for the duration of the shift is necessary; sitting for extended periods during the shift may not be possible.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend and follow written and verbal directions.
• Use basic math skills to verify quantities, make adjustments, complete worksheets and accurately complete order paperwork.
• Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS), Radio Frequency (RF) scanners and other equipment needed to perform job duties.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, ability to follow directions and apply problem-solving skills.
• Identify product and accurately match numbers.
• Operate motorized and non-motorized equipment to move merchandise.
• Inspect merchandise items to ensure accurate quality and brand specifications.
• Maintain and verify documentation and information to facilitate the flow of merchandise through the distribution center.
• Keep work area clean and organized to support efficient picking operations.
