Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Columbus, OH to handle full cases of product and lift cartons up to 50 pounds. You’ll palletize outbound products and learn equipment operation as needed, while maintaining accurate counts and documentation.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and meeting productivity standards in a fast-paced distribution center. The position requires flexibility across departments and overtime as needed, with opportunities to advance based on performance

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in a distribution center is useful.
• Flexible to work across departments, brands, locations and overtime.
• Meet productivity standards after training.
• Good teamwork and safety awareness.
• Standing/walking for the shift is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow written and verbal directions.
• Use basic math to verify quantities and complete worksheets.
• Operate WMS and RF scanners to perform duties.
• Maintain attention to detail and problem-solve as needed.
• Identify product and match numbers accurately.
• Move merchandise with motorized or non-motorized equipment.
• Inspect items for quality and brand specs.
• Maintain documentation to ensure smooth flow in the DC.
• Assist in all areas including lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
