Job summary

7N is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate in Malvern, PA to perform daily warehouse activities including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory movement. This role is cross-trained across core warehouse functions to support operational efficiency and timely fulfillment.

The successful candidate will follow FIFO, maintain accurate inventory, process shipments with approved carriers, and help maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment. Prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform order picking using ERP-generated pick lists with accuracy.
• Pack and prepare customer orders according to COMPANY packaging, labeling, and documentation requirements.
• Process outbound shipments using approved carriers and systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and complete receiving documentation.
• Stock inventory in designated locations following FIFO and location-control requirements.
• Support cycle counts, physical inventory, and discrepancy investigations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with general material handling, replenishment, and warehouse organization tasks.
