Job summary

APR Supply Co. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our Plum, PA branch. The role focuses on receiving, storing, picking, packing, and scanning orders to support delivery and pickup services.

This full-time position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency to boost customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have at least one year of warehouse experience, forklift/pallet jack familiarity, and proficiency with RF scanning and warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience (minimum 6 months).
• Ability to read and operate a hand-held RF scan device and use a Warehouse Management System.
• Ability to count accurately on a repetitive basis.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally.
• Strong communication with leads, supervisors, coworkers and customers.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Pull, fill, pack and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Receive shipments, log into inventory, and conduct audits.
• Move shipments to put-away zones efficiently.
• Build pallets and position them at loading docks.
• Assist in loading trucks for delivery to customers.
• Report inventory or quality discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain proficiency with computerized systems and equipment.
