1915 South is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support inbound receiving and outbound shipping across our distribution centers. You will use RF scanners and WMS to ensure accurate counts and proper labeling, while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The role requires basic math, the ability to follow procedures, and willingness to become certified on material-handling equipment. Growth opportunities exist within a team focused on exceptional customer service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions, including safety procedures.
• Basic math skills for counting and reconciling inventory.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment or train to operate.

Responsabilidades

• Unload inbound shipments and verify quantities, SKUs, and condition.
• Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders for delivery.
• Conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Sort, label, and organize products in designated locations.
• Prepare shipments with proper labeling and paperwork.
• Load/unload trucks and ensure correct load sequencing.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely and report defects.
