Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate at a branch location to perform shipping and receiving duties. The role ensures customers receive correct items promptly and that merchandise is kept clean and properly stocked.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, and shipping per sales orders, processing returns, maintaining inventory organization, and possibly operating a forklift. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 100 lbs, with a high school diploma or GED typical.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine items to pick, check, and ship from sales orders.
• Pull orders and recheck for accuracy before shipping.
• Prepare items for customer delivery.
• Secure packages to prevent damage in transit.
• Process customer returns for shipment back to DC/fulfillment center/supplier.
• Maintain organized, safe warehouse environment.
