Job summary

Ryder is seeking Warehouse Associates in Franklin, Indiana to join a team focused on safety and efficiency. You will work in a clean, organized facility with a Monday–Friday schedule, earning $18.00 per hour and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, picking and packing orders, and maintaining accurate scanning in a fast-paced environment. Safety gear is provided and teamwork is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and read basic safety instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure scanning accuracy.
• Perform picking and packing duties and maintain orderly work area.
