Job summary

Safelite Group in Minneapolis is seeking a Fulfillment Associate II to prepare glass parts for distribution to field teams. You will operate MHE equipment, perform warehousing tasks, and use RF scanners to manage inventory while following safety protocols and maintaining an orderly workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Experience operating MHE (forklift/reach truck/order picker).
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with varied environments and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate at least one piece of MHE (forklift, reach truck, or order picker) up to 40 ft.
• Perform daily warehousing tasks: pallet breakdown and dunnage prep.
• Utilize handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Maintain safety and PPE requirements.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
