Job summary

Safelite's Mesa fulfillment center is looking for an FC Associate II to prepare glass parts and ensure shipments meet tight timelines. You will operate MHE such as forklifts and order pickers, use RF scanners, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role offers weekly pay, a strong benefit package including a 401(k) with company matching, tuition reimbursement, PTO and holidays, and paid training. Eligibility starts at 18+ with physical requirements of lifting and standing.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform physical tasks.
• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) preferred.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and standing long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE (forklift/order picker/reach truck) up to 40 ft.
• Perform warehousing tasks like pallet breakdown and dunnage prep.
• Use RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, locate inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to PPE rules.
• Assist with offloading trailers and inventory replenishment.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
