Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, including loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling. You will prepare items for pickup, secure them for transport, and help maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

This role requires a HS Diploma or GED and 0–2 years of experience. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, and transports materials.
• Prepares items for shipment or pickup with secure packaging.
• Verifies product accuracy and condition before shipping.
• Installs protective padding/bracing to prevent damage during transport.
• Operates forklifts or other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and follows safety policies.
• Assists customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials.
• May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials.
