Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a motivated DashMart Associate in St. Louis to support fast-paced, in-store operations. You will receive and stock inventory, pick and pack orders, and coordinate with Dashers to ensure timely delivery.

You will also help with light food prep and maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, enjoy teamwork, and have experience in retail or customer service. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High school diploma or GED and 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food and beverage, or similar industries.
• Willing to learn basic kitchen skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and management: Accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft.
• Pick, pack and sort: Use handheld devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and hand off to Dashers.
• Delight customers: Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers through the app for substitutions.
• Warehouse organization and safety: Maintain a safe environment per DashMart standards; perform cleaning and organization tasks.
• Be a team player: Contribute to a positive environment, share ideas and engage with teammates and customers.
• Runner/Dasher coordination: Guide Runners and Dashers to pickup locations, direct traffic, collect racks and carts.
• Food preparation: Assist in light preparation of hot/cold foods and pre-packaging.
• Willing to learn basic kitchen skills.
