Job summary

DoorDash DashMart Team Member in Columbia, SC seeks a motivated individual for fast-paced, hands-on work in a local-fulfillment center. You will receive and stock inventory, pick and pack orders, and communicate with Dashers and customers through the app.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and flexibility, with opportunities to learn basic kitchen tasks and participate in a supportive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food/beverage or related fields preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform warehouse duties safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock and manage inventory; ensure product quality and rotation.
• Pick, pack and sort orders using scanning devices and prepare for pickup by Dashers.
• Delight customers through clear, friendly in-app communication.
• Maintain warehouse safety and organization; assist with cleaning per standards.
• Be a team player; coordinate with Runners and Dashers when applicable.
• Assist in light food preparation and other duties as needed.
• Willing to learn basic kitchen skills.
