Simos Insourcing Solutions in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to handle order fulfillment, packing, shipping, and receiving. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on accuracy, safety, and reliability.

The role includes shifts on 2nd and 1st shifts, full-time employment, and a pay rate of $16.50–$18.00 per hour. Prior warehouse experience and OSHA awareness are valued. Benefits include medical, dental, and paid time off.

• Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

• Sunday-Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Proficient in order picking and fulfillment processes

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and twist as needed throughout the duration of shift schedule
