Job description

Purpose of the Job:

To organize and distribute our products productively.

Essential Job Functions or Responsibilities:

• Getting orders and special orders together and ready for shipment (packing up in boxes)
• Creating labels in system and attaching them to shipments
• Utilize computer programs used for distribution and warehouses
• Organize the product when shipments arrive and allocate resources
• Facilitate picking of products for each shipment
• Keep warehouse clean and organized
• Ensuring orders are 100% correct with the product in perfect condition

Effort Required to do the job: 60% physical (lift, organize, un/pack, pick shipments, climb ladders and stairs), 40% mental (attention to product numbers and order details)

Working conditions: Distribution center environment; with controlled heating/air, sometimes outside weather conditions to receive shipments

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year warehouse experience
• Technology Skills: Electronic mail software, basic distribution software
• Bilingual: Spanish/English preferred
• Attention to detail: ability to follow order details
• Exhibits a good sense of urgency to accomplish tasks in timely fashion
• Knowledge of the safe way to lift and carry heavy boxes
• Works well in a team environment
• Flexibility to work overtime if required

Schedule: Full-Time, 8am-6pm, some Saturdays, available for overtime
