Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six months of related warehouse experience required
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks) and maintain them
• Powered industrial truck certification
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to input data into warehouse management systems
• Work overtime as assigned
• Ability to develop professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexibility and self-drive to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Package, kit, and assemble orders and materials
• Load and unload trailers, ensure accurate scanning, and train dock employees on new procedures
• Ensure facility security at end of shift, investigate scanning issues, and perform housekeeping
• Perform picking and packing duties, check for damage
• Handle materials according to policies and procedures
• Perform material moves and related transactions
• Participate in team activities for improvement
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas
• Perform other duties as assigned
