Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Greencastle, PA is seeking a Freight Hauler to move freight in a busy dry grocery warehouse. You will use pallet jacks to shuttle pallets, assist with loading/unloading freight, and stage pallets to keep products moving efficiently.

This is a physically active, fast-paced role with training provided and opportunities for advancement within Capstone Logistics. Weekly pay is provided and safety is emphasized throughout daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, freight handling or material handling experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Move freight throughout the dry grocery warehouse using manual pallet jacks or other approved equipment.
• Transport pallets from inbound and outbound dock areas to designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading freight trailers.
• Stage pallets for shipping and receiving operations.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Work closely with warehouse loaders, unloaders, and selectors to keep freight moving efficiently.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

2:45PM-Finish, 4:15PM-Finish | Monday-Friday (Every other Saturday)

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry 25-75 pounds throughout the shift
• Push and pull loaded pallets using manual pallet jacks
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist for extended periods
• Perform repetitive physical work throughout the day
• Work in a dry grocery warehouse environment around moving equipment, pallet jacks, forklifts, and trailer traffic
• Follow all required safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
