Job summary

Capstone Logistics in Greencastle, PA is hiring for a full-time warehouse role at the perishable cooler dock of a busy grocery distribution center. Expect a fast-paced environment with cold storage and hands-on material handling.

This position offers weekly pay and paid training, plus advancement opportunities. You will load/unload groceries, move and palletize items, audit shipments, and maintain safety while following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload grocery freight in a refrigerated cooler warehouse.

• Follow all warehouse and food safety procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment if trained and authorized.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry 25-75 pounds throughout the shift
• Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and twist for extended periods
• Perform repetitive physical work throughout the day
• Work in a refrigerated perishable cooler (approximately 34°F-40°F) for the duration of your shift
• Wear company-required personal protective equipment appropriate for a cold warehouse environment
