Job summary

humano LLC is seeking a Warehouse General Labor/ Dock Worker for our Distribution center in City of Industry, California. You will load and unload freight, place products onto pallets, and prepare items for storage.

The role offers $20.00 per hour base with incentive pay, with typical earnings $22.00–$24.00 per hour based on efficiency. 1st shift: Mon–Fri 6:00am–2:30pm, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 35–51 lbs unassisted.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, but training is available.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work first shift from Monday to Friday with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and reach trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
