FirstOption Workforce Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator for a distribution warehouse near downtown San Antonio. This role offers a path to long-term employment with benefits including health, dental, and vision, a 401(k) after one year, PTO and up to 6 paid holidays upon permanent hire.

You will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, move flooring materials, and maintain accurate inventory.

Qualificações

• Forklift Certification required.
• 1+ years of stand-up forklift experience required.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience leading a team is preferred.
