Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2+ years in carpentry or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to understand basic math
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a diverse environment

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Accurate work under pressure
• Ability to:
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Operate power equipment safely
• Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder, crouch
• Use hands and feet for repetitive movements
• Maintain a steady, fast pace while kneeling or twisting
• Stand and walk for extended periods (at least 2 hours, four times per day)

Responsibilities

• Pallet Inspector/Palamatic Operator:
• Inspect pallets safely and efficiently, meeting company standards and safety regulations
• Manually lift 70 lb pallets and operate the palamatic machine for inspection and separation
• Quality:
• Ensure proper inspection and separation
• Inventory:
• Perform physical inventories as required
• Safety and Security:
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist in warehouse security
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA/MSDS standards
• Wear safety equipment when repairing pallets
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
