Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2+ years in carpentry or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to understand basic math
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Operate power equipment safely
• Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Physical ability to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder, crouch, and perform repetitive movements
• Stand and walk for extended periods (at least 2 hours, multiple times a day)

Responsibilities

• Pallet Inspector/Palamatic Operator:
  • Inspect pallets safely and efficiently, meeting company safety standards
  • Lift 70 lb pallets manually and using Palamatic machine for inspection and separation
• Quality:
  • Ensure proper inspection and separation
• Inventory:
  • Conduct physical inventories as needed
• Safety and Security:
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist in warehouse security
  • Promote safety in operations
  • Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
  • Wear safety gear when repairing pallets
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
