Job summary

The Hilldrup Companies in Stafford, VA is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for accurately receiving, picking, and updating shipments using a Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will maintain precise documentation and ensure accuracy in all warehouse transactions.

You will interact with drivers, operations staff, customer service teams, vendors, and customers. Duties include noting inbound exceptions, loading outbound shipments, and data entry with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Six months of forklift experience required.
• Cherry picker experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3- and 4-stage forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers to load/unload freight.
• Receive, pick, and update shipments using the WMS.
• Maintain accurate, neat paperwork and data entry.
• Lift/carry 50–100 lbs, up to 200 lbs with team.
• Sweep and clean facility grounds; general upkeep.
